Tawan
Tawan is a personal, non-commercial Riftbound fan project run from Denmark. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your data when you visit.
The short version
No accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. We don’t sell, share or profile anything about you.
Cookies
Tawan doesn’t set tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is your answer to the cookie banner, so it doesn’t ask you again. That is technically necessary and contains no personal information. If we ever add optional cookies, such as visitor statistics, they will stay off unless you choose “Allow optional”. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Fonts
Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page doesn’t contact Google or any other font service.
Card images
Some articles show official card images that load directly from Riot Games’ servers. When your browser loads those images, Riot Games receives your IP address, the same way any website you visit does. Riot Games’ own privacy notice applies to that.
Server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider, Simply.com in Denmark, keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address, time and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure. We use these only for operation and security.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
