Never underestimate the small ones, and Teemo, Swift Scout is all about ambushes, surprises and very angry opponents.

What his Legend does
Teemo’s Legend does two things. First, it makes Hidden cards easier to set up, as you can pay one Energy instead of Power to hide them. Second, for one Energy, it puts a Teemo unit you own back into your hand, from your Champion Zone or straight off the board (Riot Games, n.d.-a). Hidden cards are hidden now and then played later at no cost as a surprise, so being able to pick Teemo back up means you can set the same ambush again and again.
His champion cards
Both of his champion cards have Hidden. Teemo, Strategist triggers when he defends or is played from Hidden, and you reveal the top five cards of your Main Deck and deal 1 damage to an enemy unit at his battlefield for each Hidden card among them. Teemo, Scout simply gets +3 Might the turn he’s played (Riot Games, n.d.-a).

Why it matters
A Teemo deck is all about uncertainty. Your opponent never quite knows what’s waiting at a battlefield, and Strategist rewards you for packing your deck with Hidden cards, while Scout turns a surprise into a real fight. The Legend keeps the cycle going, as you spring the trap, pick Teemo back up and set it again.
It’s a bit like a game of hide and seek where the hider also gets a free hit.
The Overnumbered version
The standard Legend is by Shawn Lee, and the Overnumbered alternate art is by Jordan Yoon (Riot Games, n.d.-a).

In League of Legends
Teemo, the Swift Scout
Marksman / Assassin · Bandle City
Undeterred by even the most dangerous obstacles, Teemo scouts the world with boundless enthusiasm and a cheerful spirit. A yordle with an unwavering sense of morality, he takes pride in following the Bandle Scout’s Code, sometimes so eagerly that he doesn’t notice the broader consequences of his actions (Riot Games, n.d.-b).
From the Rift to the table
Anyone who has stepped on a Teemo mushroom in League will understand Hidden immediately. In League he lays invisible traps and becomes invisible himself when he stands still, and in Riftbound he hides cards and springs them on you when you least expect it. His full story is on his official League of Legends champion page.
If you want the opposite of sneaky, our Volibear Spotlight is all about the biggest bodies in the game, and every Spotlight so far is on the Cards page. Next up is Sett, who keeps buffed fighters alive and hits harder than anyone.
It are what it are.
