If Viktor is all about patience, Jinx, Loose Cannon is the exact opposite, as she wants you to throw your whole hand at the problem.

What her Legend does
Jinx’s Legend works every turn without costing you anything, as you draw an extra card at the start of your Beginning Phase if you have one card or fewer in hand (Riot Games, n.d.-a). It quietly removes the biggest risk of playing aggressively, which is running out of cards.
Her champion cards
Jinx, Demolitionist has Accelerate and Assault 2, but asks you to discard two cards when you play her. Jinx, Rebel readies herself and gets +1 Might whenever you discard one or more cards (Riot Games, n.d.-a).

Why it matters
The three cards fit together like a fuse and a bomb. Demolitionist hits hard immediately but empties your hand, and Rebel turns that discard into an extra attack, while the Legend makes sure you’re never fully out of gas.
In most decks, discarding cards is a cost, but in a Jinx deck an empty hand is exactly where you want to be.
The Overnumbered version
The standard Legend is by Sugar Free, and the Overnumbered alternate art is by Sean Yang (Riot Games, n.d.-a).

In League of Legends
Jinx, the Loose Cannon
Marksman · Zaun
An unhinged and impulsive criminal from the undercity, Jinx is haunted by the consequences of her past, but that doesn’t stop her from bringing her own chaotic brand of pandemonium to Piltover and Zaun. Her arsenal of homemade weapons leaves colourful explosions in its wake, and her mayhem inspires the people around her to rebellion and resistance (Riot Games, n.d.-b).
From the Rift to the table
Her Legend keeps her League title, Loose Cannon, and her champion card Rebel comes straight from her story of inspiring rebellion. The playstyle echoes League too, where her Get Excited! passive rewards her with a burst of speed after a takedown, and her Rebel card gets a similar kick after a discard. Her full story is on her official League of Legends champion page.
If you want another champion from Zaun with a very different plan, our Viktor Spotlight is the patient version, and every Spotlight so far is on the Cards page. Next up is Ziggs, who makes a Bomb every single turn.
It are what it are.
