Rumble, Mechanized Menace is all about Mechs, and his whole Legend fits in one line.

What his Legend does
Rumble’s Legend is one line, and it does a lot. Your Mechs have Shield, so each one gets +1 Might while it’s defending (Riot Games, n.d.-a). On its own that’s modest, but it makes every Mech tougher in exactly the spot where it needs to be, which is defending a battlefield.
His champion cards
Rumble, Hotheaded gives all your Mechs Assault, and whenever he conquers you may recycle another friendly unit to play a Mech from your trash, with its Energy cost reduced by the Might of the unit you recycled. Rumble, Scrapper gives your Mechs +1 Might, himself included, and plays a 3 Might Mech token to your base whenever he holds (Riot Games, n.d.-a).

Why it matters
Between them the Mechs get Shield and Assault, so they’re strong on defense and on offense, and Scrapper keeps making new ones. It’s a bit like a squad in a giant robot anime, where everyone has a role and the team is only dangerous when it’s all on the field.
My guess is that the Mechs need to be on the board in numbers for this to work, so the deck probably wants a lot of cheap ways to make them.
At the Regional Qualifiers
Rumble hasn’t had a good run yet. He had 24 players in Los Angeles, 12 in Singapore and 41 in Barcelona, and his best finishes were 394th, 395th and 178th (Riot Games, 2026a, 2026b, 2026c).
These numbers are from before Radiance released, so they show the old meta. All of our Rumble lists are on the Decks & meta page.
The Overnumbered version
The standard Legend is by Pandart Studio, and the Overnumbered alternate art is by Envar Studio (Riot Games, n.d.-a).

In League of Legends
Rumble, the Mechanized Menace
Fighter / Mage · Bandle City
Rumble is a young yordle inventor with a temper, who built a huge mech suit out of salvaged scrap and uses it to fight (Riot Games, n.d.-b).
From the Rift to the table
Rumble fights from inside a mech suit he built himself in League, so a Legend that is all about Mechs is the obvious translation. His Legend title, Mechanized Menace, is his League title, and Scrapper nods to the salvaged parts he builds from (Riot Games, n.d.-a; Riot Games, n.d.-b). His full story is on his official League of Legends champion page.
If you like decks that make lots of tokens, our Viktor Spotlight does it with Recruits, and every Spotlight so far is on the Cards page. Next up is Ezreal, who cares about choosing things twice in a turn.
It are what it are.
